  1. Prepare the Sauce:

    • Blend the garlic, onion, and boiled tomatoes until smooth.
    • Heat a non-stick skillet (teflon) over medium heat and add the blended mixture.
    • Stir in the oyster sauce, mushroom sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
    • Allow the mixture to simmer until it starts to thicken.
    • Once the sauce is simmering, gradually add the cornstarch mixture, stirring continuously until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:

    • If desired, season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
    • To coat the chicken, dredge the fillets in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
    • Dip the floured chicken into the dipping water, then coat it again in the flour. Repeat this process for a thicker coating.
    • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken fillets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  3. Serve:

    • Serve the crispy chicken steaks with the savory sauce drizzled over the top.
    • Garnish with optional side vegetables such as steamed carrots, green beans, or boiled corn for a complete meal.
