Crispy Chicken Steak with Savory Sauce
Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
- 200 grams chicken breast fillet
- All-purpose flour (for coating)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dipping water

For the Sauce:
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons mushroom sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tomatoes (boiled)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 100 ml water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)

- Carrots
- Green beans
- Boiled corn

Prepare the Sauce:
- Blend the garlic, onion, and boiled tomatoes until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet (teflon) over medium heat and add the blended mixture.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, mushroom sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Allow the mixture to simmer until it starts to thicken.
- Once the sauce is simmering, gradually add the cornstarch mixture, stirring continuously until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:
- If desired, season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- To coat the chicken, dredge the fillets in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip the floured chicken into the dipping water, then coat it again in the flour. Repeat this process for a thicker coating.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken fillets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

- Garnish with optional side vegetables such as steamed carrots, green beans, or boiled corn for a complete meal.
