Tahu Goreng Isi Ayam (Fried Tofu Stuffed with Chicken)
Ingredients:
- 1 block of white tofu, cut into cubes
- Shredded fried chicken, as needed
- 1 stalk of green onion, sliced
- 1 pack of non-MSG instant seasoning flour
- Water, as needed
- Cooking oil, as needed

Prepare the Tofu and Chicken: Cut the block of tofu into cubes and make a small slit in the center of each cube. Stuff each slit with the shredded fried chicken.

Prepare the Batter: Divide the instant seasoning flour into two portions. Use the first portion to create a wet batter by mixing it with water and adding the sliced green onions. The consistency should be smooth and slightly thick. Keep the second portion of the flour dry for coating.

Coat the Tofu: Dip each chicken-stuffed tofu cube into the wet batter, ensuring it is well-coated. Then roll it in the dry flour mixture for an extra crispy layer.

Fry the Tofu: Heat the cooking oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated tofu cubes. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy, making sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the tofu cubes from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot as a delicious appetizer or snack.
