Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken fillets with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the Chicken:

    • Set up a dredging station with two types of flour: one for wet coating and one for dry coating.
    • Dip each piece of marinated chicken into the dry flour first, then into the wet flour, and finally back into the dry flour. This will create a crispy coating once fried.
  3. Fry the Chicken:

    • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken pieces until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken from the pan and drain on paper towels.

    • Season with salt and mushroom broth powder to taste. Stir and cook until the sauce is fragrant and well combined.
  5. Combine and Serve:

    • Gently toss the crispy chicken pieces into the salted egg sauce, ensuring they are well coated.
    • Transfer the chicken and sauce to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish and Enjoy:
