Crispy Cilok Balls in Savory Egg Coating
Fried Cilok with Egg
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 250 ml water
- Seasoning powder
- Salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- Ground black pepper
- 2 eggs (for frying)

Prepare the Garlic Mixture: Finely mince the garlic cloves and mix with salt, seasoning powder, and ground black pepper. Dissolve this mixture in the water.
