Ingredients:

- 1/2 tablespoon of Royco chicken seasoning
- Water as needed
Instructions:
- Begin by cutting the tempeh into bite-sized pieces.
- Grind the coriander until it becomes a fine powder (or use ready-made coriander powder to save time).
- In a bowl, combine the ground coriander with water. Add the Royco chicken seasoning and mix well until the seasoning is fully dissolved.
- Add the tempeh pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tempeh pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the tempeh from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the coriander and chicken flavored fried tempeh hot. They can be enjoyed on their own or dipped in your favorite sauce.
