This Corn and Capsicum Sandwich is a quick and delicious treat, perfect for a Sunday breakfast or as a snack with your afternoon tea. In just 30 minutes, you can prepare this flavorful sandwich that’s sure to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sweet corn (steamed)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 2 sprigs Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cheese, grated
  • 8 slices Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • Butter (Salted), as required
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the stuffing: In a bowl, mix the steamed sweet corn, chopped capsicum, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, fresh coriander, and grated cheese. Stir well to combine.
  2. Prepare the bread: Spread butter on both sides of each slice of whole wheat brown bread.
  3. Assemble the sandwich: Spread the corn and capsicum mixture evenly on one slice of buttered bread. Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
  4. Grill the sandwich: Place the sandwich in a preheated sandwich maker. Grill until it turns golden and crispy.
