1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chops: Pat the chops dry with a paper towel.

  2. Set up Dredging Station: Prepare three shallow bowls. Place flour in the first bowl. In the second bowl, beat eggs and season with salt and pepper. In the third bowl, mix crushed corn flakes with tarragon, thyme, marjoram, and basil.
