Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:

    • Begin by taking a large mixing bowl. Add the steamed sweet corn, boiled and mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, and a pinch of salt. Add a generous amount of finely chopped coriander leaves to the mix.
    • Using your hands, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Make sure everything is combined well and the flavors are evenly distributed. Once done, taste the mixture and adjust the salt and spices according to your preference.
  2. Shape the Bites:

    • After you’ve thoroughly mixed the ingredients, start shaping the mixture into bite-sized balls. You can make them as large or small as you like, but typically they should be about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Coat the Balls:

    • Once the balls are shaped, roll each one in sesame seeds to coat them evenly. The sesame seeds will give the bites a delightful crunch and enhance the flavor with a subtle nutty taste.
  4. Pan Fry the Bites:
