Beef Corned Meat Balls (Bola-Bola Kornet Sapi)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of corned beef (brand: Kornetku)
  • 1 packet of fritter mix (use half of it)
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the entire can of corned beef with half of the fritter mix. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and the corned beef is evenly coated with the fritter mix.

  2. Shape the Meat Balls:
    Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls. Make sure the balls are compact to ensure they hold their shape during frying.

  3. Fry the Meat Balls:
    Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the meat balls. Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. This should take just a few minutes per side, so keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.

  4. Serve:
    Remove the meat balls from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot as a delicious snack or appetizer.
