Bola Tahu Kornet Ham Goreng

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Tahu Cina (steamed and mashed) 300 grams
Kornet Sapi (canned) 50 grams (1 small can)
Ham (cut into small cubes) 3 slices
Egg 1 large
Chives (finely chopped) 2 stalks (or 1 stalk of green onion)
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Sugar To taste
Sago flour 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed tofu, corned beef, chopped chives, egg, salt, pepper, sugar, and sago flour. Mix until well combined.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the shaped tofu balls.
  4. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring they are crispy on the outside.
