Butter 80g

Orange juice 100g
Orange zest 1
Baking powder (for sweets) 6g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Butter: Start by cutting the butter into small cubes and place it in a bowl. Allow it to soften at room temperature for about an hour.

  2. Mixing the Ingredients: Once the butter has softened, add the sugar to the bowl and stir to combine. Next, incorporate the zest of one orange for a fresh citrus aroma. Slowly add the all-purpose flour (type 0) and baking powder, mixing everything together.

  3. Achieving the Right Texture: Using a whisk, blend the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a soft, uniform dough.
