Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups Captain Crunch cereal (coarsely ground or crushed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 green pepper (finely chopped)

- Coarsely grind or crush the Captain Crunch cereal and set aside.

- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg with milk and set aside.

- In another shallow bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Set aside.

- Dip the floured chicken in the egg wash, coating it well.
