Crispy Dory Fish Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of kebab wraps
  • 1 fillet of dory fish
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs (enough to coat the fish)
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • BBQ sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fish: Begin by marinating the dory fish fillet with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. Bread the Fish: In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg. Dip each marinated fish fillet into the egg, then coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

  3. Assemble the Kebab: Lay out a kebab wrap and arrange lettuce leaves, thinly sliced cucumber, and tomato on it. Place the crispy fish fillet on top of the vegetables.

  4. Add Sauces and Cheese: Drizzle BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and chili sauce over the fish. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top.
