Crispy Telur Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- 5 tablespoons tapioca flour
- Bread crumbs
- 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- In a bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk them until well combined.
- Add the finely chopped green onions, celery, tapioca flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it is hot.
