Egg Katsu with Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of black pepper sauce
  • 3 scallions
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 beef sausages
  • 1 carrot
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, as needed
  • Water, as needed
  • All-purpose flour, as needed
  • Bread crumbs, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • Dice the carrot and beef sausages into small cubes.
