Egg Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4-5 eggs
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 3 tbsp rice flour (optional)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1-2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, as needed
- Water, as needed
- Oil, for frying

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Instructions:
- Begin by boiling water in a saucepan. Once the water comes to a boil, add the eggs along with a pinch of salt. Cook the eggs for about 15 minutes.
- After the eggs are done, turn off the heat and place the eggs in cold water to cool down. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add a little water and mix to form a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip the halved eggs into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Carefully place the battered eggs into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice and enjoy with a cup of hot filter coffee.
Tip: You can also try adding a pinch of chat masala to the batter for an extra zing!
