Fried Potatoes and Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 potato (cut into strips)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eggs:

    • Heat a frying pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
    • Crack the eggs into the pan one at a time, stirring gently to scramble until fully cooked.
    • Season the eggs with salt to taste. Remove from the pan and set aside.
