Fried Tempeh Seasoning (Bumbu Tempe Goreng)
Ingredients

| Turmeric | 2 cm |
| Coriander Seeds | 1 tablespoon |
| Salt | ½ tablespoon |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |

Prepare the Spice Paste: In a mortar or food processor, grind the turmeric, coriander seeds, salt, and garlic together into a smooth paste.
