  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the chicken pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture.

  2. Season the Chicken: Rub the chicken pieces with salt. Add the minced garlic and your choice of seasoning (such as Royco or Masakoo). If you enjoy a touch of color, sprinkle in some dried parsley, although this step is optional.
