Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
All-purpose flour 250 grams
Beef-flavored seasoning (optional) A pinch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Soak the diced tofu in salted water for about 15 minutes to enhance its flavor and texture.
  2. Make the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, pepper, salt, and optional beef seasoning. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
  3. Coat the Tofu: Take each piece of tofu and coat it one by one in the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
