Simple Chicken Nugget Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 grams ground chicken
- 6 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal flour
- 2 eggs
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Salt
- Mushroom broth
- Coating Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Finely grind shallots and garlic. Grate the broccoli and carrots to your preference.

Mixing the Chicken Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken with the ground shallots, garlic, grated broccoli, grated carrots, cornstarch, oatmeal flour, eggs, salt, and mushroom broth. Mix until well-combined.

Shaping and Steaming:
- Prepare a container to shape the mixture into nuggets. Place the nugget shapes in a steamer. Steam until cooked through, approximately 30 minutes.

Preparing the Coating:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl for dipping. Place bread crumbs in another bowl for coating.

Chilling and Frying:
- Once the nuggets are cooked, cut them into desired sizes. Dip each piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Place the coated nuggets in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the nuggets until golden brown and crispy.
