Ingredients:

  • 250 grams chicken breast or thigh
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red chili pepper, sliced
  • Water, as needed
  • Flour, for coating

Instructions:

  1. Begin by finely grating one clove of garlic and mixing it with the cleaned chicken. Add the black pepper and stir well to ensure the chicken is evenly seasoned. Let the mixture marinate for at least 20 minutes, though longer if you have the time.
