Instructions

  1. Preparation of Paneer:
    Begin by cutting the paneer into ½-inch cubes and set them aside for marination.

  2. Marination:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, corn flour, finely chopped garlic, chopped green onion leaves, and salt. Stir well to create a smooth marinade. Add the paneer cubes into the marinade and toss them gently to coat each piece evenly. Let the marinated paneer sit for about 15 minutes.

  3. Grilling the Paneer:
    After 15 minutes, heat a grill pan and brush it lightly with oil. Place corn flour on a plate and coat each piece of marinated paneer with corn flour.

  4. Cooking the Paneer:
    Arrange the paneer cubes on the grill pan and cook them on both sides until they turn golden brown and crispy.

  5. Coating with Sesame Seeds:
    Once the paneer cubes are cooked, take them out of the pan and dip them in the sesame seeds, ensuring that they are coated evenly on all sides.
