Sempol Ayam Recipe: A Delicious Indonesian Chicken Skewer Delight
Ingredients:

- 300 grams ground chicken
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 12 tablespoons tapioca flour (kanji)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 seasoning packet of ground pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 egg
- For coating:
- 1 egg, beaten

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped carrot, and thinly sliced green onion. Mix thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of ingredients. -
Season the Mixture:
Add the minced garlic, salt, seasoning packet, and ground pepper to the bowl. Stir well to incorporate all the seasonings into the chicken mixture. -
