Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:

    • In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, tapioca flour, fried shallots, finely chopped carrot, chicken bouillon powder, ground black pepper, and sugar.
    • Use your hands to thoroughly mix and knead the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth and cohesive.
