Ayam Goreng Kremes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 pieces of chicken (cut into parts)
- Cooking oil (as needed)
- Kremesan (crispy topping) โ quantity as desired (refer to the previously shared recipe)
- For the Spice Paste:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
- 1 piece of turmeric (about 1 inch)
- 1 piece of kencur (about 1 inch)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tamarind slices
- 1 bay leaf
- 800 ml water

Prepare the Spice Paste:
- Blend together garlic, ginger, turmeric, kencur, black pepper, coriander seeds, and salt until a smooth paste forms.

Cook the Chicken:
- Clean the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain well.
- Place the chicken into a pot with the spice paste and add the water.
- Simmer over medium heat until the water has evaporated and the chicken is fully cooked, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the spice paste.

Fry the Chicken:
- Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

- Arrange the fried chicken on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with kremesan (crispy topping) for added crunch and flavor.
