Garlic powder To taste
Salt To taste
Royco (seasoning powder) To taste

Instructions

Step Instruction
1. In a large bowl, combine water, ground coriander, garlic powder, salt, and Royco seasoning powder. Stir well to create a flavorful marinade.
2. Dip each slice of tempeh into the seasoning mixture, pressing down gently to ensure the tempeh absorbs the spices evenly. Let it sit for a few minutes.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the tempeh slices in the pan. Fry them until golden brown and crispy on both sides, turning occasionally to prevent burning.
4. Once crispy and golden brown, remove the tempeh from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • If you prefer a more intense flavor, marinate the tempeh for a few hours before frying.
  • You can serve this dish with sambal or a soy-based dipping sauce for extra flavor.
