Crunchy Tahu Sticks (Indonesian Fried Tofu)
Ingredients:
- 1 box of tofu, sliced thinly
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
For the Batter:
- 100 grams all-purpose flour
- 50 grams rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Water (add gradually until the batter is just thick enough, not too runny)

- Slice the tofu into thin strips.
- Season the tofu slices with salt.
