Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of empty brown tofu
- Chili peppers (to taste)
- Vegetables:
- Cabbage (thinly sliced)

- In a mortar and pestle or a blender, combine turmeric, coriander, garlic, and candlenuts. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, and seasoning. Grind until you achieve a smooth paste. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

- In a large bowl, mix together thinly sliced cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, celery, and julienned carrots. Add a portion of the spice paste to the vegetables and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with salt, sugar, and additional seasoning to taste. Use your hands to gently mash and mix the filling to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

- Carefully slice the tofu pieces to create an opening, creating a pocket without splitting them completely. Fill each tofu pocket with the prepared vegetable mixture.
