For the Sauce:
- Reserved marinade
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 100 ml chicken broth

Instructions:
-
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the chicken wings into three sections each.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Set aside the frozen French fries for frying.
-
Marinate the Chicken Wings:
- In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, honey, paprika powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
-
Prepare the Broccoli and French Fries:
- Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
- Fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy. Set aside.
-
Bake the Chicken Wings:
- Preheat your oven to medium-low heat (around 375°F or 190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
-
Prepare the Sauce:
- Pour the reserved marinade into a saucepan. Add the chicken broth, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the unsalted butter just before removing from heat, allowing it to melt and blend into the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning as needed, and let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.
-
Combine and Serve:
- Once the chicken wings are baked, toss them with the prepared sauce until well-coated.
- Arrange the wings on a serving platter. Serve with crispy French fries and blanched broccoli on the side.
