Crispy Japanese Chicken Katsu with Savory Sesame Sauce

Chicken Katsu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken breast, thinly sliced
- Seasoned flour, as needed
- Panko breadcrumbs, as needed
Sauce:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 50 ml water
- Sugar and ground pepper, to taste
Steps:

Prepare the Chicken:
- Mix a small amount of seasoned flour with water until it forms a thin batter. Set aside.
- Coat each chicken slice with seasoned flour, then dip into the batter mixture, and finally coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs. Repeat for all chicken slices.
- Place the breaded chicken in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up (can be kept overnight for convenience).
