Ingredients:
- 5 pieces chicken
- 1 packet Sajiku flour (or any crispy flour mix)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp ABC chili sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Boncabe chili powder, to taste
- 1 tbsp margarine

Start by preparing the chicken. Dip each piece of chicken into beaten egg, then coat generously with Sajiku flour. Repeat the process: dip in egg, coat in flour again.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from oil and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.

In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, ABC chili sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sugar, salt, black pepper, and Boncabe chili powder according to your spice preference. Mix well.
