Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, ground
- 1 sachet (25 grams) mayonnaise or 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Enough water to combine
For the Lemon Sauce:
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 sachet Bamboe Lemon Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic and coriander powder. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, tapioca flour, and rice flour. Add the chicken bouillon powder, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the flour mixture and stir to combine. Gradually add water until you achieve a batter-like consistency.
- Add the diced chicken to the mixture, ensuring that each piece is well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
