Title: Crispy Spiced Nile Tilapia (Nila Goreng Kering Gurih)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Nile Tilapia (Ikan Nila)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (Jeruk Nipis)
  • For the Spice Paste:
    • 4 cloves Garlic (Bawang Putih)
    • 2 teaspoons Coriander Seeds (Ketumbar Butir)
    • 1 cm Turmeric (Kunyit)
    • 2 teaspoons Salt (Garam)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fish:

    • Clean the Nile Tilapia thoroughly. Soak it in lime juice and salt for 15 minutes, then rinse and drain well.
  2. Marinate with Spice Paste:
