Easy Mendoan Tempe Recipe
Ingredients

| Tempe | 1 board |

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the tempeh, and mix well until smooth.
- Once the batter is well combined, coat the tempeh slices thoroughly with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan until hot, then fry the coated tempeh for a brief period until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot, ideally accompanied by a spicy soy sauce with chilies for an extra kick.
