🔥 Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the Chinese cabbage, water chestnuts, and green onion.

Pour the boiling water over the mixture and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Drain the mixture completely, ensuring all excess water is removed.

Stir in the pinch of salt, light soy sauce, catsup, lemon juice, honey, and your choice of pork or chicken.

Place about two tablespoons of the mixture onto each Chinese egg roll wrap.

Fold up the bottom of the wrap, then fold in the sides, and finally bring down the top to create a roll.

Brush the overlapping edges with the beaten egg to seal them together firmly.
