Palak Puri Recipe – Spinach Puri

Ingredients:
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, made into a paste
- 1 tablespoon green chillies, made into a paste
- 3 tablespoons ghee or butter
- Salt, according to taste

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by washing and chopping the spinach, then dry it thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, ghee, ginger paste, and green chilli paste. Mix everything well.
- Add the chopped spinach and a little water to the mixture, and knead it into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions, roll them out, and form small puris.
- Heat oil in a pan on low heat. Once hot, carefully add the puris and fry them until they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the puris and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Allow the puris to cool before serving.
