- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 carrot, grated
- Semolina or breadcrumbs (as needed)
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp tamarind water (or lemon juice)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Spices:
- 2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste

Prepare the Avocado: Peel and mash the avocado using a fork in a bowl.

Cook the Carrot: Heat oil in a pan, add the grated carrot, and cook on high heat for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer it to a bowl.

Mix Ingredients: Add the cooked carrot, mashed avocado, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and fresh coriander to the bowl.

Add Spices: Add garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, turmeric powder, tamarind water (or lemon juice), and salt. Mix everything well.

Adjust Consistency: If the mixture feels too wet, add rice flour to help bind it together.

Shape the Koftas: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls using your hands. Set aside.
