Instructions:
Step | Description |

| In a large saucepan or dutch oven, boil the potatoes until they are very tender. |
| Meanwhile, unroll the pizza crust onto an ungreased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Flatten the dough and build up the edges slightly. Prick the dough with the tines of a fork. |
| Pre-bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the prepared crust in the oven and pre-bake it for 15 minutes. |
| Drain the boiled potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Mash them with milk, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. |
| Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the pre-baked crust. |
| In a skillet, partially cook the diced bacon. Add the chopped onion and diced red pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the bacon is crisp. Drain well. |
| Assemble: Sprinkle the cooked bacon and vegetables over the mashed potatoes on the crust. |
| Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. |
| Bake: Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pizza for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. |
