Tahu Rambutan Recipe

Instant noodles (any flavor) 1 pack
Ground chili (adjust to taste) 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil For frying

  1. Prepare the Noodles: Soak the instant noodles in hot water for a few minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Tofu Mixture: In a bowl, crumble the tofu until smooth. Mix in the seasoning from the instant noodles and the ground chili, ensuring an even blend.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the softened noodles into the seasoned tofu mixture, combining thoroughly. Form small balls or patties as desired.
  4. Fry the Tahu Rambutan: Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the tofu balls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, allowing the noodles to puff up, resembling rambutan skin.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy this delightful snack!
