- 200g rice
- 100g potatoes
- 75g cheese
- 25g cornflour
- 1 onion
- 10g ginger
- 10g garlic
- 5g coriander leaves
- 3 green chilies
- 7 curry leaves
- 2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:

- Begin by soaking the rice in water for approximately 1 hour to soften them.

- After soaking, drain the water and grind the rice to a fine paste.

- Pour boiling water over the ground rice, stirring continuously to form a smooth paste. Set aside.

- Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies, and curry leaves.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground rice paste with mashed potatoes, grated cheese, cornflour, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies, curry leaves, garam masala powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.

- With wet hands, shape the mixture into kababs by incorporating it onto skewers or shaping it into patties.

- There are two cooking methods:
- Charcoal Flame: Cook the kababs on a slow charcoal flame, rotating them occasionally until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Shallow Fry: Alternatively, heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the kababs until they are golden and crisp on both sides.
