Ayam Saus Hintalu Jaruk Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
- 2 eggs of Hintalu Jaruk (salted duck eggs)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 green chili pepper
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- Cooking oil for frying
- Sugar, salt, and seasoning to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
- Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and wash thoroughly. Marinate with lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper.

- Prepare two separate batters:
- Batter A: Mix all-purpose flour with salt, ground black pepper, seasoning, and ice water until smooth.
