Salted Egg Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 2 salted egg yolks
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • A splash of water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with ground black pepper and salt. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove and set aside.
