Sardines in Crispy Coating with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sardines (in oil or tomato sauce)
  • Breadcrumbs (as needed)
  • Fresh red chilies (to taste)
  • Red onions (to taste)
  • Garlic (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sardines:

    • Open the can of sardines and separate the sardines from the sauce.
  2. Coat the Sardines:

    • Place the sardines into a bowl with breadcrumbs, ensuring each sardine is thoroughly coated.
  3. Fry the Sardines:

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated sardines until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  4. Prepare the Sauce:
