Kataifi pastry 100g
Fine salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Marjoram (fresh or dried) to taste
Potatoes (for frying) 200g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp:
    Begin by cleaning the shrimp—peel off the shell, keeping the head and tail intact. Make a small incision along the back to remove the dark intestinal vein. Season the shrimp with a pinch of fine salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add a few sprigs of marjoram to enhance the flavor and set aside.
