Martabak Telur with Smoked Beef Filling

Ingredients:

  • 10 slices of smoked beef
  • 10 sheets of spring roll pastry
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 scallions (chopped)
  • For the Spice Paste:
    • 3 red curly chilies
    • 2 red bird’s eye chilies
    • 3 shallots
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Spice Paste: Begin by blending the red curly chilies, bird’s eye chilies, shallots, and garlic into a smooth paste. Season with salt to taste.
