Fried Snapper with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh snapper (500 grams)
  • 100 grams green beans
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 red chilies
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of turmeric
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 7 shallots
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: Flavor enhancer
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fish:

    • Clean the snapper thoroughly.
    • Fillet the fish and cut it into long strips.
    • Season the fish with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Fry the Fish:

    • Heat cooking oil in a pan.
    • Fry the seasoned snapper fillets until they are cooked through and crispy.
