Crispy Ayam Geprek Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken fillet, cut into pieces
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 50-100 grams all-purpose flour
- Assorted fresh vegetables for serving (basil, cabbage, cucumber)
- Sufficient amount of hot oil
