Ayam Crispy Cabe Garam Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 packet Sajiku crispy chicken flour
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 bird’s eye chilies, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Coat the diced chicken breasts evenly with the Sajiku crispy chicken flour, ensuring each piece is well-covered.

  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

  3. Sauté the Aromatics: In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and bird’s eye chilies. Sauté until the garlic is golden and fragrant and the chilies are dry and aromatic.

  4. Combine and Season: Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan with the garlic and chilies. Toss to coat the chicken thoroughly with the garlic and chili mixture. Season with salt to taste and stir well to combine.
