Spicy Ayam Praktis

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken
  • Soto seasoning mix
  • Sasa Spicy Marinade Mix

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Begin by washing the chicken thoroughly. Place the chicken in a pot with a small amount of water and the Soto seasoning mix. Cook on low heat, allowing the water to evaporate as the chicken cooks through. This method ensures the chicken absorbs the flavors of the seasoning. Continue simmering until the chicken is fully cooked and the water has reduced significantly. Once done, remove the chicken from the pot and let it drain.

  2. Prepare the Marinade: In a separate bowl, combine the Sasa Spicy Marinade Mix with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir well to create a smooth marinade.

  3. Marinate the Chicken: Coat the cooked chicken with the prepared Sasa Spicy Marinade Mix, making sure each piece is evenly covered. For best results, refrigerate the marinated chicken for a while to allow the flavors to infuse. However, if you prefer to cook immediately, you can skip the refrigeration step.

  4. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and drain excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy ayam!

Note: Adjust the spiciness level to your taste by varying the amount of Sasa Spicy Marinade Mix used.
